It is is to Unlock/security code reset/update Nokia firmware.
1. Download and install Nokia PC Suit according to your phone modal.
2. Go to settings and add your phone by clicking Add more phones option you (may connect your phone via Bluetooth/Data cable but it is recommended to use the data cable)
3. It is recommended to backup your phone. because updating causes in resetting the phone.
4. Click update phone software icon (green box with a arrow),and it will download the Nokia software updater tool. if you cant find it go to Web>Check for Updates and Add-ons to have the icon on your pc suit
5. Close PC suit and install the downloaded Nokia software updater tool.
6. open Nokia software updater tool. (make sure your phone is connected to the computer).
7. Now you can start updating or re installing your phone software.
Important :- Do not let your phone to disconnect while updating. So it is better to check the internet connection and also make sure that you have a tide cable connection (phone) with your computer.
8. wait till it completes all the installations to disconnect the phone..
9. Now you can use the default security code 12345 , and also you will realize how many problems you have already solved.
