Don worry now it is easy to unlock the modem you yourself, and it is 100% free.
01, first you have to download this software using the following link

02. extract all the files in to a folder. if it requires a password give: hasanmh as the password
03. insert the locked sim in to your modem.
04 open your connection manager to make sure that the modem is detected . perhaps you may ask to insert a code to unlock but just ignore it.
05 Now if the modem is detected to the computer close the connection manager and open your downloaded dccrap software

05 click on the search button (magnifying glass icon) then it will show you all the states of your modem.
06 click unlock under the unlocking tab.
